Nicole D'Andrea-Lazarte is a Certified Integrative Somatic Practitioner dedicated to helping women dismantle limiting beliefs and realize their fullest potential. As the owner of Blackbird Yoga Studio and the Nest Annex, she combines her extensive background in yoga, health sciences, mindfulness, and coaching to create transformative experiences. Nicole’s sessions leave clients feeling energized and empowered, guided by her belief in the body's innate wisdom for self-healing.
