Specialty Class: 5 Element Theory & Your Yoga Practice with Ashley
In this 75 minute exploration, learn about the ongoing cycle of the 5 elements; wood, fire, earth, metal and water; and how they correspond with the seasons and the body. A tool to support self cultivation; we will explore how they all work together and how you can apply them in your own practice. Most of this class will be lecture based, ending with a short physical practice taking you through all 5 elements for practical application.
Specialty Class: Reiki Share: Raising Your Vibration with Ina
A Reiki Share is a gathering where we can both give and receive Reiki in a supportive community setting. Whether you're a practitioner wanting to refine your skills, or someone simply wishing to experience the healing energy of Reiki - this circle is offers a nurturing space for both.
Specialty Class: The Four Agreements Yoga Journey with Isabel
Step onto your mat and into the wisdom of Don Miguel Ruiz’s Four Agreements. Through breath, movement, and meditation, this class explores truth, self-acceptance, clarity, and wholehearted effort. Each sequence is designed to embody one of the agreements, guiding you toward greater freedom and presence both on and off the mat. Leave feeling grounded, open, and inspired to live in alignment with your highest self. Yoga Practice Inspired by The Four Agreements This class blends mindful movement with self-reflection. Each section of the practice is dedicated to one agreement: • Impeccable Word (Throat & Heart Opening) – Gentle pranayama, affirmations in seated poses, and heart/chest openers (e.g., Anahatasana, Camel) to cultivate truthful, compassionate speech. • Not Taking Things Personally (Grounding) – Rooting standing postures (Mountain, Warrior II, Tree) to embody strength and inner steadiness. • No Assumptions (Clarity & Perspective) – Twists and balancing poses (Revolved Chair, Eagle, Half Moon) to clear mental fog and invite curiosity. • Always Do Your Best (Integration) – Flowing vinyasa, followed by a nurturing savasana with guided reflection, honoring effort without judgment.
