Specialty Class: Release & Restore with Conor
While practicing restorative yoga, you will be encouraged into a state of relaxation for the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of your wellness. During the 75 minute practice we will explore new and familiar poses with creative prop work to bolster and support the restorative process. This class will feature hand on adjustments and assistance in the postures to help create a grounded experience while finding space for “rest and digest” or the parasympathetic nervous system. The class is designed for new and seasoned yogis to help with mind-body awareness and recovery.
Specialty Class: Reiki Circle with Ina
Join us for a peaceful and restorative Reiki Circle at Blackbird, where both seasoned Reiki practitioners and those new to energy healing are welcome. This gathering offers a supportive space to give, receive, and experience Reiki in a communal setting. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or simply explore the healing power of Reiki, come connect, relax, and recharge in the serene atmosphere of our studio. Specialty Class: Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath with Isabel
Unwind and restore in this gentle, supportive practice designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. Through long-held, relaxing poses, you’ll find deep rest while supported by props. The class ends with a soothing sound bath, allowing vibrations to wash over you, promoting balance, healing, and inner peace. Perfect for all levels.
